山梨県の有名な郷土料理「ほうとう」。日本一の渓谷美といわれる「昇仙峡」に、ほうとう作り体験ができる場所があります。ほうとうはうどんと似ていますが、違いは、小麦粉をこねるときに塩を加えないこと。体験が終わると修了証がもらえます。
Hoto is a famous local dish of Yamanashi Prefecture. There is a place in Shosenkyo , known for being the most beautiful gorge in Japan, where you can experience Hoto making . Hoto is similar to udon, but the difference is that no salt is added to the flour dough. When you ve finished it, you can get a certificate of completion.
